Our Methodology

Unlike conventional tech company, we are not trying to sell you products, we are trying to offer solutions. We are technical guys, not marketing professionals. You are guaranteed to cut through the bullsh*t and just get into business.

What is the Problem?

We wont be able to implement a solution, without knowing the problem. That is why off-the-shelf solutions doesn't usually satisfies all the business needs. We believe in engaging the end-users, even trying the process ourselves in order to get a better insight what are the pain-points of the current process.

Who are the Customers?

Knowing the different persona of end-users is equally important to us. For example, the UX/UI design of a mobile app might be done differently if their age range is 40-50 compared to 18-30 years old.

Current Alternatives?

Given the problem, how is it currently being solved? is it being done manually? which part can be automated without compromising the integrity of the organization. How much it would cost? How long it would take? We think of these things before we write single line of code.
